I often receive inspiration for my art from other art, in this case nature's art, a red pepper, and a bowl made by one of my favorite Utah potters, Bruce Larabee. The striking contrast of color inspired me to use my brightest acrylic paints over the top of rice paper, collaged on the surface for texture.
