This painting was done from a photograph of my dog, Zeke, taken while hiking in Little Wildhorse Canyon, a narrow redrock canyon of the San Rafael Desert in Central Utah. Zeke is full of spunk and zest and it seemed fitting to name the painting after the canyon.
